We value our tenants greatly. Meeting their expectations for a clean, positive environment is our goal. Towards that aim prospective tenants should be able to meet the following criteria before they're able to live and associate with our existing tenants:
1. Be at least 18 years of age & be sober from drugs and alcohol
2. Pass a phone & in-person interview
3. You want a productive life which includes family, friends, and work
4. Have the first month’s rent ready
5. Follow all house rules, complete your daily chores, etc.
6. Submit to random drug & alcohol testing
7. You want to maintain a sober lifestyle and learn to live a life free from destructive behaviors and substances
8. You want to live in a non-judgmental community setting where members have learned to make good choices
9. You understand how important the support received in sober living is to your ongoing recovery
10.You want to live in an upscale, safe, comfortable home setting that is drug and alcohol free
